Introduction of IT in Watershed Management (2018-19)
A large part of Maharashtra are drought prone areas. The water table are deteriorating years after years and that causing inconvenience to Agriculture Sectors. Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana ,Pune based NGO is in the mission of removing drought in Maharashtra for past 25 years are doing wonderful work in the areas of Marathwada & Amaravati.We were privileged for partnering them in the noble cause. The project was meant to be on line tracking of excavators using IoT devices and create data analytics for improving performance. ThatsIT is happy to be associated with the project for past 5 months.
In the same NGO we also helped them develop a customised ERP solution using ZOHO Creator for their Donor Management function.
Both these project have given us opportunities in connecting with numerous people in different districts and also a different type of challenging environment.
SAP Project Management (2019-2023)
Global Large Agro Tech Company entrusted us implement SAP Ecc for their six countries. The job included almost all business process of Order to Cycle,Procure to Pay ,Record to Report and Plan to Manufacture Solution, We had successfully completed within stipulated time ,budget and had earned lot of accolades. The implementation involved Cross country travel and also post COVID work from Home model and coordinate with large User Base.This has given us opportunity to learn Localisation and Taxation need of different Asian ,European and NAM countries. Also implementing and managing lot of interface with non SAP based system has been an important part of the same.
IT Procurement Head Support for a Large Global AgroTech Client
As a part of our offering we are also in business of providing IT Procurement as a service. In recent past we have managed IT Procurement of a Large Global manufacturing company and have dealt with procurement of Software,Hardware,Services and also managing large contracts. During this tenure we have simplified many business process and also transitioned the back office work to GBS set up.
Global IT Support Manager Service (2020-21)
We have successfully managed L1,L2 support and coordinate with large user base . The support was for all areas of IT services including SAP,Application and Infrastructure area
Global QR Code Program Management (2021-23)
as a program manager we have also been handling Global QR code project for large client and coordinate with different SAP,Non SAP system to ensure that the finished goods are traced with the semifinished material and are identifiable till end customers This project includes use of automation of packaging line and also use of IoT devices to bring plant information to IT system
IT Talent Acquisition Services for Large Cement Conglomerate (2019-21)
Have built complete IT Team to a large Cement Company .This includes complete Talent Acquisition,On boarding process.
IT End User Support Management for a Large Global Agro Tech Client (2022-23)
For a period of two years we have handled End User Support Management for IT Infrastructure,SAP & Non SAP Application & IT GRC. We have used Service Now based Ticketing tool and also different BI packages to monitor the status and also helped business to improve various service level
IT Program Management (2023-24)
A large Glass Manufacturing company has used our service to manage digitisation projects efficiently. The company has started implementing as many as 10 large projects . These projects are primarily in the area of Plant automation/digitisation ,Networking domain and Visual Analytics.
With our experienced pool of Program Management team we are supporting them to streamline the projects and also create visibility for the senior management.
ERP for a Temple (2023-24)
By Mercy of Lord Nitai Gaurchandra ,we have been selected for customising ,design ,go live support and maintenance assistance for a custom ERP for a Pune based temple site. This is a completely new type of work as it is away from our regular corporate world. This is a complete Seva activity on our side.
Supporting a Start up to start their operation (2021-23)
We have been fortunate to be associated with a start up company who have opened their shop in Pune for SAP support and also has been assisting them on ramp up journey.
